Terms of service
Effective September 7, 2026. Please read these terms before using Parent HQ.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Parent HQ, operated by Cheyenne Lofthouse-Wolf, LCSW (“Parent HQ,” “we,” “us”), governing your use of parenthqcommandcenter.com and all related content, memberships, coaching, and community features (the “Services”). By using the Services you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. You must be at least 18 years old.
2. Not therapy, not medical advice, not an emergency service
The Services provide parenting education and coaching. They are not psychotherapy, mental health treatment, diagnosis, medical advice, or legal advice, and using them does not create a therapist–client or clinician–patient relationship, even though Parent HQ is operated by a licensed clinical social worker.
Parent coaching is not a substitute for care from your child’s physician, therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, school team, or other licensed professional. We strongly encourage you to meet with a qualified licensed professional alongside any parent coaching services, especially if your child has a diagnosed condition, is in active treatment, or you are unsure whether coaching is the right fit.
The Services are not for emergencies. If you or your child are in danger or in crisis, call 911, go to your nearest emergency room, or call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in the U.S.). Our Crisis & Emergency Resources page lists third-party national services for convenience. Parent HQ does not operate or monitor those services and cannot guarantee their availability.
3. No guaranteed results
Every child and family is different. We share strategies grounded in clinical training and experience, but we make no promise about any particular outcome, behavior change, or timeline. You are responsible for the decisions you make about your family.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at cheyenne@parenthqcommandcenter.com of any unauthorized use. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.
5. Memberships, billing, and cancellation
- Auto-renewing subscription. The Parent Lounge membership is $69 per month in U.S. dollars. By subscribing you authorize us and our payment processor, Stripe, to charge your payment method $69 each month automatically until you cancel.
- Renewal date. Your subscription renews on the same day each month. Prices exclude any applicable taxes.
- Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from the membership management link inside your account or by emailing cheyenne@parenthqcommandcenter.com. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep access until then.
- Refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide partial-month refunds or credits for unused time. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days and we will review it in good faith.
- Failed payments. If a charge fails we may retry it and may suspend or cancel access until payment succeeds.
- Price changes. We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days’ notice by email; changes apply to your next renewal, and you may cancel before then.
- One-time purchases and sessions. Workshops and coaching sessions are governed by the cancellation and rescheduling terms disclosed at purchase. Missed appointments without at least 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
6. Community rules
Community areas such as the Break Room chat exist so parents can support each other. By posting you agree not to: harass, threaten, or demean anyone; share another person’s private information; post identifying details about other people’s children; give medical, clinical, or legal advice as if you were licensed to; post spam, ads, or solicitations; or post unlawful, hateful, or explicit content.
Community posts are visible to others and are not confidential. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, without refund, for violating these rules.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your content as needed to operate and promote the Services. We may use anonymized, de-identified examples for education. We will not publish your name or identifying details in marketing without your written permission.
8. Our content and license to you
All Parent HQ materials — articles, playbooks, printables, recordings, names, logos, and branding — are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use them for your own family’s use.
You may not copy, resell, distribute, publicly display, sublicense, use for professional training or client work, or create derivative works from our materials without our prior written permission, and you may not record or redistribute live sessions.
9. Third-party services and links
The Services rely on third parties (including Stripe for payments, Zoom or similar for live sessions, and the Parent Rescue Room mobile app distributed through the Apple App Store) and may link to other sites. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to interfere with the Services, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape or bulk-download content, use automated systems to abuse the Services, or use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parent HQ and Cheyenne Lofthouse-Wolf will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Parent HQ and Cheyenne Lofthouse-Wolf from claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees arising out of your content, your use of the Services, or your breach of these Terms.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including content ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, and dispute resolution — will survive.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict of laws rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at cheyenne@parenthqcommandcenter.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. If that fails, you and we agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction and venue. Either party may still bring an individual claim in small claims court. To the extent permitted by law, claims must be brought individually and not as part of a class action.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will change the effective date above and, for material changes affecting paid members, notify account holders by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
17. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Medical & Coaching Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between us. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent.
