The Behavior Bureau

Big behaviors. Big feelings. Nothing surprises the Behavior Bureau.

Bring us the clues. Inside the Bureau you get real, one-on-one support and a plan built for your family's exact situation — not a listicle, not a hack, not someone else's kid's plan. You have to apply, because real work with a real family takes real attention. Spots open a few times a year and go to the families who need them most.

A real person reads every application. No bots, no fake waitlist drama.

Who the Bureau is built for

The Behavior Bureau is for parents who are really struggling — with behaviors that feel too big, too scary, or too confusing to handle alone. If home feels unpredictable, if you're dealing with hitting, rages, or shutdowns that leave everyone shaken, and if the usual advice hasn't worked — this is the department for you.

One-to-one coaching with a highly established parent coach, an application actually read by a human, and a plan built for your kid. No judgment about how bad it's gotten.

How the investigation works

Four levels of clearance.

Step 01

Submit your application

Tell us what's happening at home — the behavior, the triggers, the stuff you'd only say out loud at 11pm. Takes about ten minutes.

Step 02

We open a case file

A real person reads your application. We look for patterns, for why your kid is doing this, and for the pieces everyone else missed.

Step 03

You get a playbook

Not generic tips. Exact scripts, routines, and responses built for your kid, your house, and how much you actually have left in the tank.

Step 04

We stay on the case

Coaching sessions to tweak the plan as your kid changes, because a plan that never flexes stops working.

Inside the Bureau · Declassified

What's in the file.

Behavior decoding

We figure out what your kid is actually trying to tell you before we try to change anything.

Emotional regulation training

Tools for the meltdown, the shutdown, and the moment right before either one hits.

Custom scripts

Exact words for bedtime, homework, sibling wars, transitions, and the hard no.

Neurodivergent-affirming strategies

Support that works with your kid's brain instead of against it.

School & provider collaboration

Words and paperwork to get the other grown-ups in your kid's life on the same page.

Parent debriefs

A place to say the hard parts out loud without being told to just be more patient. What you say stays between us.

Who gets in

Admission requirements.

  • You're parenting a behavior situation that generic advice hasn't touched.
  • You're willing to try things between sessions, imperfectly.
  • You want the why behind the strategy, not just a script to obey.
  • You're okay being honest about what's actually happening at home.

That's it. No perfect parents required — that's kind of the whole point of HQ.
